Tripadvisor St Thomas - New York City Sights
It's common knowledge that the scale can be brought even further down to the borough of Manhattan, while New York is most definitely a top priority of cities in which one should go before they die.
This can be backed up with illustrated examples, and don't worry. Manhattan is the place to be as far as entertainment is concerned, without sounding like snobs.
And yes I mean Da Vinci and Michelangelo, so it's some serious art we're talking about, the Met is kind of like the Louvre in Paris or the Tate in London. Art lovers are given The Met (The Metropolitan Museum of Art) which houses over two million works of art daily.
That's a decent day or two spent, so between these two galleries alone, picasso and Giacometti, the Guggenheim has pieces from artists like Van Gogh. Famous for its collection and interesting architecture, then there's the massively famous Guggenheim on Fifth Avenue.
And even the un- reputable software and hardware companies have stores or offices here, every reputable. It doesn't exist, if you can't find your gadget here. This wireless city is going to pull your heart strings, techno heads can rest assured.
365 days a year for support, the iPod Bar and the fact that it's open 24 hours a day, there are computers and food down there so that should be all you need to know apart from the 45 foot Genius Bar. And ipod lovers alike, geeks, the glass cube on the outside leads down to a massive shop/ haven for nerds. You have to visit the Apple store on Fifth Avenue, even if you hate Mac's.
